N-(2-氯乙基)-N'-环已基-N-亚硝基脲分子式:C9H16ClN3O2分子量:233.70CAS号:13010-47-4性质:黄色粉末。熔点90℃。在水、0.1N氢氧化钠溶液、0.1N盐酸或10%乙醇中的溶解度无均小于0.05mg/ml;在无水乙醇中的溶解茺为70毫克/毫升,微溶于丙二醇。制备方法:由2-氨基乙醇与尿素环合为2-噁唑烷酮,再与环已胺反应生成N-(2-羟乙基)-N'-环乙基脲,然后用氯化亚砜氯化得到N-(2-氯乙基)-N'-环已基脲,最后经亚硝化反应制得环已亚硝脲。用途:该品为烷化剂类抗癌药,能与细胞成分亲核集团发生烃化反应,而以核酸为烃化的主要功击对象,使DNA结构功能破坏,细胞分裂繁殖停止或死亡。对脑胶质瘤、肺癌、淋巴瘤等有较好的疗效,对中枢神经系统白血病也有一定的疗效。雄小鼠口服LD50为51mg/kg。
