巨幼红细胞性贫血巨幼红细胞性贫血 巨幼红细胞性贫血是由于叶酸和/或维生素B12缺乏，引起脱氧核糖核酸合成障碍，导致红细胞核发育停滞，细胞浆中核糖核酸不能转变成脱氧核糖核酸而大量聚积，故细胞增大，形成巨幼红细胞，因其寿命较正常红细胞短，过早死亡而发生贫血。妊娠期发生巨幼红细胞贫血的原因为需要量增加，吸收减少，排泄增加。临床表现：除一般贫血症状外，可有周围神经病变，脊髓后索、侧索变性或精神忧郁等症状。血清叶酸不得低于3μg/ml，血清维生素B12不得低于200μg/ml。治疗应注意营养，多吃新鲜蔬菜。必要时补充叶酸及维生素B12。
