碳铂 ,卡波铂, 铂而定,顺羧酸铂,顺二氨络, (1,1-环丁烷二羧酸)铂 ,卡铂药物名称:顺二氨环丁烷二羟酸铂英文名:Carboplatin别名: 顺二氨环丁烷二羟酸铂;顺二氨环丁烷珀;碳铂 ,卡波铂, 铂而定,顺羧酸铂,顺二氨络, (1,1-环丁烷二羧酸)铂 ,卡铂外文名:Carboplatin ,JM-8, NSC-241240, CBDCA,Paraplatin 适应症: 适应证与顺铂相同。现主要应用于卵巢癌、小细胞肺癌、头颈部癌、生殖细胞肿瘤、甲状腺癌、宫颈癌、膀胱癌及非小细胞肺癌等。 用量用法: 静脉注射:每平方米体表面积300~400mg,4周重复1次,需视病人的全身状况、肾功能,是否接受过放射治疗和化学治疗而定。肌酐清除率是决定给药剂量的重要因素,如不正常,用量应适当降低。滴注时,应避免直接日光照射,最好用纸遮光。 注意事项: 1.骨髓抑制是限制剂量提高的重要因素。血小板最低值在用药后14~21日,在30~35日内恢复。白细胞最低值在14~28日,但恢复较血小板慢,可延迟到第42日。贫血较少见,与剂量积累有关。 2.消化道反应常为轻度或中度,呕吐远较顺铂少见。 3.肾功能正常病人用药后很少引起肾功能损害,亦无明显耳及神经系统毒性。 4.如漏于血管外有一定刺激性,但多不严重。虽然如此,最好仍溶于5%葡萄糖液中快速滴注。 5.少数病人有过敏反应,口腔炎和"流感样"综合征。 6.本品有诱变性,可能有致癌性、胚胎毒性和致畸性 规格: 注射用碳铂(饼状冷冻干粉):每支100mg,内含等量的甘露醇。类别:其他抗肿瘤药及辅助治疗药
