曲古霉素曲古霉素trichomycine 又名“杀滴虫霉素”,为抗真菌药之一。对酵母菌、念珠菌、新生隐球菌、黑霉菌、滴虫、梅毒螺旋体、阿米巴原虫均有强烈的抑制作用。抗霉菌作用强于制霉菌素。用于治疗鹅口疮、霉菌性咽炎、肠炎、阴道炎。对阴道滴虫病近期疗效好,停药易复发,对阿米巴痢疾有一定效果,也可用于预防霉菌二重感染。静注和肌注均不采用,口服吸收少。不良反应:偶见食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等。外用于阴道可引起局部刺激,如阴道烧灼感,个别出现白带增多。规格:片剂5万U;10万U。0.5万~1万U/(kg·d),分3~4次口服。
