EP 双酚A型环氧树脂是由双酚A和环氧氯丙烷在氢氧化钠作用下缩聚而得。根据原料配比、反应条件及采用的方法取同,可制得不同聚合度的低分子量粘稠液体和高分子量、高软化点的固体。平均分子量300-7000。淡黄色或琥珀色透明粘稠液体或块状脆性固体。环氧树脂本身是热塑性线型聚合物.,受热时液体树脂粘度降低,固体树脂软化或熔溶。溶于丙酮、甲乙酮、环己团、醋酸乙酯苯、甲苯、二甲苯、无水乙醇.乙二醇等有机溶剂。环氧树脂分子中含有环氧基、羟基、醚键等极性基团.因而对金属、玻璃、陶瓷木材、织物、混凝土、玻璃钢等多种材料都有很强的粘接力。环氧树脂只有与固化剂作用,经固化后才能显示出优良的性能,粘接强度高,收缩率小,尺寸稳定,电绝缘性好,耐油、耐溶剂、耐碱、耐酸、耐水等。使用温度为-60~100 ℃,固化产物无毒、无味.对人体无害。环氧树脂的缺点是脆性较大.剥离强度很低.耐热性差.高温下容易降解。 用于配制环氧胶粘剂和密封剂。还用作酚醛树脂的改性剂、PVC塑溶胶的稳定剂、聚硫密封胶的增粘剂、氯磺化聚乙烯胶粘剂的硫化剂。
