阻断突变体分子式:CAS号:性质:因微生物某一基因突变而导致该生物特定代谢途径中断的突变体。在发生遗传性代谢障碍的突变型细胞中,常会积累障碍以前的中间代谢产物。如大肠杆菌galT突变型细胞会积累有毒的半乳糖-1-磷酸,故该突变型在含乳糖(或半乳糖)培养基上不能生长。然而在细菌中控制氨基酸或核苷酸合成代谢的某个基因发生突变,则可积累我们需要的中间代谢产物,故能利用这类营养缺陷型进行有关产物的发酵生产。
