CD4CD4是什么?人体淋巴细胞中包含着T细胞,而T细胞中又包含有T4、T8等多种细胞。其中,T4细胞所起的作用是促进、辅助免疫,而T8细胞起的是抑制免疫的作用。T4细胞在每微升特别血液中的含量(个数)就叫CD4,而T8细胞的含量则被称为CD8。艾滋病病毒破坏的目标(靶细胞)就是淋巴细胞中的T4细胞,通过攻击T4细胞来破坏人体的免疫系统。当CD4下降到一定水平时,而CD8的数量还保持在较高水平时,人体免疫系统将被抑制,免疫能力受到破坏。正常人的CD4在500以上,当测出CD4小于500时,医学上认为诊断有价值,也就是说,已经有病症(但CD4在500以上时,通过其他指标的测定,依然可以发现人体已发病。也就是说,CD4大于500并不等于身体一定正常);当CD4小于200时,身体明显病变。
