2.Methods The expression of BRMS1 protein and MMP-9 protein was detected by using EliVision immunohistochemical techniques in 78 cases of breast cancer,20 cases of adjacent non cancerous breast tissues,and analysis the clinical significance with histopathologic records.结论BRMS1与MMP-9在乳腺癌的转移过程中可能存在协同作用,联合检测乳腺癌组织中BRMS1与MMP-9蛋白的表达,有助于判断其预后。
