血卟啉注射液药物名称:血卟啉注射液英文名:Hematoporphyrine Injection汉语拼音:主要成分:血卟啉钠、双血卟啉醚和原卟啉等多种卟啉化合物的钠盐性状:暗红色的溶液。药理作用:在动物和人体内或体外细胞试验中都证明荧光效果明显。和激光联合应用,能增强杀伤癌细胞的作用,动物试验证明本品安全、毒性低。药代动力学:正常小鼠静脉注射本品经同位素3H标记的样品溶液,1小时后,各组织中放射性含量达到高峰,组织分布顺序为肺>肝>肾>血>胃>肠>脾>心>肌肉>胸腺>脑>骨。S180荷瘤小鼠的组织分布顺序与正常鼠大致相同。在组织中放射性最高的第1小时,肿瘤中的含量为以上12种组织中的第8~9位,放射性下降较慢,到72小时,肿瘤组织的含量上升到第5位。注射本品5小时后,粪尿总排泄量占注射剂量的73.29%。第11天是91%。适应症:定位诊断和治疗口腔、膀胱、支气管等部位的表浅癌症及白斑等癌前病变。用法与用量:用药前先在病人前臂作皮肤划痕试验,观察15分钟,如无红肿硬结,则以每公斤体重5mg加生理盐水250ml静脉滴注。48~72小时,观察荧光并进行激光治疗。如须进行第二次治疗,应相隔一个月。不良反应:个别患者可出现暴露部位红肿,严重恶心。部分病人可出现一过性肝、肾功能损伤。禁忌症: 1.皮肤划痕试验阳性者。 2.肿瘤晚期,井有扩散至其他部位者。 3.光导纤维不能到达的深部肿瘤。注意事项:只能在有条件的医疗单位内使用。用药后患者应避光一个月。以免在暴光部位产生红肿色素沉着等光敏副作用。一旦发生,可给予抗过敏药物和外用皮质激素搽剂。 临床用药时必须注意控制给药剂量和次数,密切观察肝、肾功能及红细胞系的变化。规格:(1)5ml∶25mg (2)20ml∶0.1g贮藏:密闭,低温(-5~-8℃)冷藏保存。有效期:暂定一年。处方药:是
