靶向给药分子式:CAS号:性质:靶制剂选择性地与靶细胞结合产生药理效应的过程。由于不同的给药途径药靶物制剂可以进入不同的位置,而产后不同的靶向性和作用特点。如脂质体制剂,可以静脉、腹腔、肌肉、皮下或淋巴结注射,也可以支气管给药或大脑内、脊椎给药。静脉给药时,脂质体在体内优先被富含网状内皮细胞的组织(肝脾)所摄取,并迅速被单核吞噬细胞吞噬和降解。主要包括脂质体给药系统、受体靶向及磁性药物。脂质体制剂是把药物包裹在双分子脂质膜中,此种磷脂膜与生物膜类似,成为药物的载体,它与细胞膜亲和力强,使癌细胞摄取增多,提高疗效,增加耐受性。受体靶向是利用脂质体的表面有共价键与抗肿瘤细胞表面抗原的单克隆抗体结合,使脂质体在肿瘤细胞内大量集中,提高抗肿瘤细胞的选择性。磁性药物是指药物与高磁性的硫酸铁结合,在给药后,体外使用强大的磁场,使肿瘤部位处于此种强大磁场之下,药物被选择性地集中在肿瘤细胞,提高治疗指数。
