细胞连接细胞连接cell junction 又称“细胞间连接”,位于密集的细胞的相邻区,呈点状、斑状或带状。电镜研究证明,细胞连接由细胞相邻区特化的细胞膜和细胞质构成,使细胞相互紧密相连。有的为机械性的粘着,使细胞彼此不易分离;有的封闭细胞间隙,防止细胞外物质穿入,保护机体内环境稳定;有的是相邻细胞间离子和小分子出入的通道,供细胞交换化学信息和发生电耦联。细胞连接大致分四型:闭锁连接或紧密连接、中间连接或粘着小带、桥粒或粘着斑、缝隙连接。
