ABO血型抗原分子式:CAS号:性质:血型抗原是人红细胞表面抗原的主要类型之一,并受基因控制。其化学组成是糖脂类,糖脂复合物中具有抗原性的是其中的寡糖部分。寡糖链又是借共价键连接在鞘脂类(sphingolipide)的末端部位,并呈小叶状外露在双脂层细胞膜的外侧。有两个核心链(I和II),用不同的糖单位构筑在这两个核心键上而产生出O(H)、A和B型的抗原。红细胞的O型是以d-1,2糖苷键把果糖连接至半乳糖残基上,从而构成了所谓的抗原H结构,并再以H结构为基础再在其上构作出A和B抗原。A、B、H在体内得以表达是借助于某些酶蛋白的合成;即通过糖基转移酶(glycosyltransferases)予以实现。这些糖基转移酶能移花接木式地将N-乙酰半乳糖胺或半乳糖连接到H抗原的基础结构上,从而产生出A型、B型或AB型血型。如某人体内无这类特异的糖基转移酶,则这人的血型为O型。
