甲状腺肿瘤甲状腺肿瘤thyroid，tumorsof由甲状腺滤泡上皮和滤泡旁细胞衍生而来的良性或恶性肿瘤。良性统称腺瘤，多见于年轻女性。患者的腺瘤不具有摄131I功能，在放射性核素扫描图像上表现为冷或凉结节。恶性肿瘤统称腺癌，几乎均为冷结节，多为分化良好的乳头状或滤泡状腺癌，多数术后预后佳；分化不好的腺癌一般占5％以下，不具正常甲状腺组织结构，患者预后不佳。临床表现见下表。表：甲状腺肿瘤的临床表现治疗凡是怀疑或不排除恶性肿瘤者，均应及早进行手术治疗。术前行细针针吸细胞学检查，鉴别诊断准确率达95％，且不会引起癌症扩散。术后患者应长期服用甲状腺制剂。对于转移灶，可用放射性核素加以治疗。对于失去手术机会或为未分化癌者，可试用放射治疗或化学疗法。
