鞘磷脂分子式:CAS号:性质:又称神经鞘磷脂。白色结晶性粉末,微显色。熔点196~198℃。能溶于苯、氯仿、热乙醇和热乙酸乙酯,不溶于乙醚、丙酮和水。一种磷脂,生物膜的重要构件之一,富含于神经胶质细胞和红细胞中。它由鞘氨醇,脂肪酸和磷酸胆碱所组成。其中鞘氨醇的氨基通过酰胺键与脂肪酸相连,构成N-脂酰鞘氨醇,称神经酰胺(cenamide)。膜中中性鞘磷脂本科能将鞘磷脂水解成神经酰胺和磷酸胆碱,神经酰胺是一种内源性调节剂。非正常降解,会在细胞内积存,引起肝、脾肿大及痴呆等鞘磷脂沉积病状。可用于制备脂质体和用作生化试剂。
