核黄素 分子式C17H20N4O6,分子量376.38。又称维生素G或核黄素。橙黄色结晶。微臭味苦。熔点280℃(分解)存在于肉、肝、蛋、乳及蔬菜、大豆中。稍溶于水和乙醇,不溶于乙醚和氯仿。易溶于稀氢氧化的溶液。本品能促进动物的生长,参与糖、蛋白和脂肪的代谢,缺乏时,会引起口角炎、舌炎、唇炎、脂溢性皮炎、结膜炎等病。可由3,4-二甲基苯胺与D-核糖合成。
