5-羟色胺受体阻断剂分子式:CAS号:性质:5-羟色胺(5-HT)是重要的神经递质,也是一种自身活性物质。5-HT通过与靶细胞膜上的5-HT受体结合并诱发生物效应。5-HT受体可分为5-HT1A,5-HT1B,5-HT1C,5-HT2,5-HT3。5-HT受体阻断药大致有以下几类,(1)麦角酸的衍生物如麦解酰二乙胺等;(2)组胺H1受体阻断药如赛庚啶等;(3)吩噻嗪类如氯丙嗪等;(4)肾上腺素α-受体阻断药如酚苄明等。常用于实验室研究、较为特异的5-HT受体阻断剂有麦角苄脂、米安色林、苯噻啶等。
