吲哚氰绿排泄试验吲哚氰绿排泄试验indigo cyanogreen test 利用吲哚氰绿在血浆中与清蛋白及脂蛋白结合,能迅速被肝脏摄取而清除,不与其他物质结合,以胆汁排泄的生物代谢特点,检测其清除率来了解肝脏的排泄功能及肝脏的有效血流量。方法:常采用静脉注射0.5mg/kg的吲哚氰绿,于10min时测定滞留率,正常值为(7.83±4.31)%,正常上限为12.1%,年龄大者滞留率高。连续抽血可测定其清除率,并可算出有效肝血流量。通常在注射后2、4、6和8min时测血中吲哚氰绿浓度,计算出其清除率,正常人为每分钟清除14%~28%。亦可根据血浆浓度计算出S和Tm值。正常人S值为66~70ng/kg,Tm值为6~8mg/min。目前国外已用吲哚氰绿替代磺溴酞钠试验(BSP)作为常规的肝功能试验之一。
