血清分子式:CAS号:性质:又称乳清。(一)采用离心方法分离血液凝固时所剩余下来的血液流体,也就是指没有血液凝固因子(即血纤维蛋白原)的血浆。为动物细胞培养的必要添加成分,也是细胞培养中用量最大的天然培养基。血清含有丰富的营养物质,包括蛋白质和核酸等,对动物细胞的生长具有促进作用。同时,血清对细胞贴壁和保护亦有明显作用,且能中和有毒物质的毒性,使细胞不受伤害。血清可有不同来源,如牛血清、马血清、人血清、鸡血清等。在动物细胞培养中多用牛血清。不同来源、不同批号的血清,其成分有所不同。血清中各种杂蛋白较多,使后期分离提纯较困难,现在进行研究的无血清培养基,已有不少成功的报道。(二)胶乳中除橡胶粒子以外的称呼。在鲜胶乳中乳清约占胶乳总重量的50%以上。除水之外,乳清还会有白木皮醇、蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、无机盐等多种成分。
