3.The control group and heat stress group mice were killed by cervical dislocation,when they were treated duration of heat stress to the day 8,13,21 and 35,and the percentage of abnormal sperm in the epididymis was detected by using the modified Papanicolaou staining method,and the expression of HSP70 in the epididymis detected by immunofluorescence histochemistry and western blot analysis methods.在热应激持续到8、13、21和35天时,颈椎脱臼处死对照组和热应激组小鼠,应用改良巴氏染色法检测附睾精子畸形率,免疫荧光组织化学和蛋白质印迹分析的方法检测附睾组织HSP70的表达。
