淋巴结病和窦性组织细胞增生症淋巴结病和窦性组织细胞增生症〖HT5”SS〗lymplh ?adenopathy and sinus histiocytosis 属Ⅱ类组织细胞增生症。其特点是发热、白细胞增多、颈淋巴结肿大。病理改变为淋巴结包膜下及髓窦组织细胞增生,光镜下很似朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症,但电镜下不见Birbeck颗粒,CDIa阴性。病变不侵犯骨骼、肝、脾、肺、皮肤等组织,仅限于淋巴结。可有暂时性免疫功能低下。非恶性肿瘤。预后较好。对有严重淋巴结破坏者,化疗效果较好。
