目录第一章 总则第二章 计算的一般规定第三章 建筑本规范是根据原因家建委（78）建发设字第562号通知由商业部设计院会同上海轻工业设计院、湖北工业建筑设计院、天津建筑设计院、上海水产学院、中国水产科学研究院共同编制的。编制过程中，遵循党的路线、方针和政策，进行了比较广泛的调查和科学试验，总结了我国三十多年来建设冷库的经验，曾两次征求了全国有关单位的意见，最后会同有关部门审查定稿。本规范共分八章和七个附录。主要内容有总则、计算的一般规定、建筑、结构、制冷、电气、给水和排水、采暖通风和地面防冻。并将冷间设计温度和相对湿度、冷间围护结构总传热阻的确定方法、季节修正系数、墙排管、顶排管的传热系数和换算系数，以及主要城市地面下3．2米深处历年最低两个月的土壤平均温度等列入附录。在执行本规范过程中，如发现需要修改或补充之处，诗将意见及有关资料寄交商业部设计院，以便修订时参考。商业部一九八四年十月
