TYJ筒式加压自动卸料过滤机是我公司自行设计、制造的一种密闭加压过滤器,该设备是一种高效、节能、密闭、振打自动卸料的加压过滤设备,适用于石油、化工、制药、油脂、饮料等工业液体过滤工艺过程或液体脱色工艺过程,该机也可用于其它采用助滤剂或不采用助滤剂的液体过滤过程。工作原理:该过滤机采用密闭加压过滤的方法来达到理想的分离效果,过滤机理属于滤饼过滤(cakefiltration)。其工作原理为:在一个密闭的筒体容器的底部平法兰上装有不锈钢平面滤网(过滤精度及材质可根据用户需要选配),其作用使容器内悬浮液完全过滤,无残液。本过滤机可采用蒸汽夹套保温形式。过滤动力是用压缩气体(活氮气)进入过滤机内产生一定的压力,悬浮液中的液体在压力的作用下通过滤面网及支撑网,经出液管、出液阀门及视镜,流出清液。而悬浮液中固体则截留在滤网表面,形成初始滤饼,这个过程可称为初滤期。经过短暂的初滤期后,由颗粒在滤网空隙上方形成架桥,成为形成较厚滤饼的基础。当滤饼形成到一定的厚度时,会产生一定的过滤阻力,形成内外压差。当悬浮液被压滤完毕后,从视镜观察没有液体流出时,用过滤动力气源进行最后吹干。吹干完毕后关闭气源阀门,并打开放气阀门,使过滤器内的压力进行卸压排空。当过滤器内没有压力时,通过汽缸自动打开底部平板法兰,卸除固体渣质。整个过滤操作过程结束。技术参数:↑TYJ筒式加压自动卸料过滤机过滤面积0.5m2(也根据用户需要制造其他系列过滤面积)设计压力0.75MPa工作压力0.4MPa设计温度265℃夹套设计压力0.75MPa(夹套根据工艺需要选配)夹套工作压力0.4MPa夹套设计温度175℃过滤能力225kg/h(进料悬浮液)机壳内径800mm设备重量1700kg负载重量2300kg外形尺寸2340×1690×2600mm典型应用:该机组可适用于石油、化工、制药、油脂、饮料等工业液体过滤工艺过程或液体脱色工艺过程,该机也可用于其它采用助滤剂或不采用助滤剂的液体过滤过程。
