加速度计 测量加速度的仪表。加速度测量是工程技术提出的重要课题。当物体具有很大的加速度时，物体及其所载的仪器设备和其他无相对加速度的物体均受到能产生同样大的加速度的力，即受到动载荷。欲知动载荷就要测出加速度。其次，要知道各瞬时飞机、火箭和舰艇所在的空间位置，可通过惯性导航（见陀螺平台惯性导航系统）连续地测出其加速度，然后经过积分运算得到速度分量,再次积分得到一个方向的位置坐标信号,而三个坐标方向的仪器测量结果就综合出运动曲线并给出每瞬时航行器所在的空间位置。再如某些控制系统中，常需要加速度信号作为产生控制作用所需的信息的一部分，这里也出现连续地测量加速度的问题。能连续地给出加速度信号的装置称为加速度传感器。 常见加速度计的构件如下：外壳(与被测物体固连)、参考质量、敏感元件、信号输出器等。加速度计要求有一定量程和精确度、敏感性等，这些要求在某种程度上往往是矛盾的。以不同原理为依据的加速度计，其量程不同（从几个g到几十万个g），它们对交变加速度频率的敏感性也各不相同。常见的加速度计所依据的原理有：①参考质量由弹簧与壳体相连（见图），它和壳体的相对位移反映出加速度分量的大小，这个信号通过电位器以电压量输出；②参考质量由弹性细杆与壳体固连，加速度引起的动载荷使杆变形，用应变电阻丝感应变形的大小，其输出量是正比于加速度分量大小的电信号；③参考质量通过压电元件与壳体固连，质量的动载荷对压电元件产生压力，压电元件输出与压力即加速度分量成比例的电信号；④参考质量由弹簧与壳体连接,放在线圈内部,反映加速度分量大小的位移改变线圈的电感，从而输出与加速度成正比的电信号。此外，尚有伺服类型的加速度计，其中引入一个反馈回路，以提高测量的精度。为了测出在平面或空间的加速度矢量，需要两个或三个加速度计，各测量一个加速度分量。 角加速度计的原理类似加速度计，它的外盒装在转动物体上，由于角加速度，在参考质量上产生切向动载荷，可输出与切向加速度或角加速度大小成比例的信号。随被测运动物体和测量要求的不同，加速度计有各种原理和实现方式。如在飞行器上，有按陀螺原理设计的陀螺加速度仪等。 参考书目 D.N.Keast, Measurement in Mechanical Dynamics,McGraw-Hill,New York,1967.
