1.Weobtian four theorems of existence and uniqueness on periodic solutions and equilibrium solutions and also obtain some sufficient conditions for which every solution approaches the unique periodic solution or the unique equilibrium solution as t→+∞ by means of the methodo f Liapunov functional.通过李雅普诺夫泛函方法，获得周期解与平衡解的存在性和唯一性的四个定理，并获得当ｔ→＋∞时每个解都趋于该唯一的周期解或唯一的平衡解的若干充分条件，还给出平衡解所满足的方程式。

1.Combined the quality of Metzler matrix with the technique of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs),the novel piecewise Lyapunov functionals are constructed,and the results which in terms of Lyapunov-Metzler LMIs were obtained.通过构造新的分段李雅普诺夫泛函,结合梅兹勒矩阵的性质和矩阵不等式的分析技巧,得到了基于李雅普诺夫-梅兹勒线性矩阵不等式的判定系统稳定的新结果。
