解释机制解释机制explanation mechanism !ieshijizhi解释机制(explanationn抚℃hanism)当用户对专家系统的推理提出疑问时，专家系统给出的回答机制，它是专家系统的重要特性之一。 在实用的问题中，许多领域专家如医生、企业决策者、军事战略家等在使用专家系统作出结论或决策时，除非系统能对所产生结论的推理过程作出详细说明，以说服用户相信它所作的结论是合理的，否则它很难使用户信服和承认;或者由于用户不敢承担由采用专家系统的结论所带来的风险，而很难接受专家系统的推论。因此，专家系统的解释机制能增强用户对它的信任程度。 对一个解释程序有下述几点基本要求:①能解释有关系统的知识和行为方面的问题;②对用户提出的问题能给出一个正确的和易于理解的回答;③使用户易于使用。 解释程序一般能回答的问题有: (1)推理状态检查回答系统运行过程中有关推理的问题，常见的这类问题有三种:回顾性推理问题解释系统是如何达到这个特定状态的，例如显示得出结论的推理链;假设性推理问题解释如果某些特殊的事实或者规则改变的话，将会发生什么变化;矛盾性推理问题解释为什么一个所期望的结论没有达到。 (2)一般性问题回答回答咨询中有关系统知识库的当前状态的问题。 解释机制除了解释推理的路径和理解知识库的内容这一个主要功能之外，还带来一些辅助的功能。诸如在系统维护时，可帮助知识工程师发现和更正知识库中的知识错误;在追踪推理路径时，发现推理的不一致性;对初级用户起到一定的辅助教学的作用。这是因为专家系统中知识能有效地支持高质量的专家决策，通过解释可以使用户了解专家决策的过程，从而获得这些知识，形成一个进行教学的过程。
