弹簧钢丝弹簧钢丝spring steel wire tonhuang gangsi弹簧钢丝(spring steel wire)制造各种类型和用途弹簧的钢丝。主要种类有:(1)供冷卷弹簧用的钢丝,这类弹簧冷卷成型后不经热处理或只经低温加热后应用,主要是碳素弹簧钢丝;(2)卷簧后经热处理的弹簧钢丝,主要是合金弹簧钢丝;(3)调质弹簧钢丝,又称油淬火一回火弹簧钢丝;(4)不锈弹簧钢丝,这类钢丝大多由奥氏体不锈钢制作,其生产特点见合金钢丝。此外尚有正在开发中的形变热处理钢丝。 碳素弹簧钢丝应具有高的抗拉强度、弹性极限、韧性和疲劳强度,并耐冲击和振动。确保强度和韧性指标特别是防止扭转裂纹的产生是生产弹簧钢丝的关键。盘条的内在质量和表面质量都直接影响钢丝的性能。碳素弹簧钢丝用高碳优质碳素结构钢或碳素工具钢盘条制造,须根据弹簧的用途严格控制其化学成分、气体含量和非金属夹杂。为了减少表面缺陷和脱碳层,对生产盘条的钢坯要进行表面研磨,必要时还要进行剥皮。盘条要进行正火或索氏体化处理,规格大的用球化退火代替。中间特别是成品拔程前的热处理广泛采用索氏体化处理。热处理时要防止脱碳。热处理后采用硫酸或盐酸酸洗以清除轧化铁皮。涂层(见润滑载体)可采用馥石灰、磷化、翎砂处理或镀铜。成品拔程的拉拔工艺对产品性能的影响很大,一般采用90%左右的较大的总减面率(见面积减缩率)和较小的道次减面率(约(23%),以保证产品的韧性。对于高强度弹簧钢丝,拉拔时应控制各道次钢丝的出口温度低于150℃,防止钢丝因产生应变时效而出现扭转裂纹,这是造成钢丝报废的主要缺陷。为此,拉拔时必须有良好的润滑和充分的冷却,采用较小的道次减面率和拉拔速度有助于减少钢丝的温升。拉拔后钢丝内存在较大的残余应力,影响其性能,可采用在线矫直或低温(180~37。℃)加热等措施加以消除。 合金弹簧钢丝用硅锰、铬钒等合金弹簧钢制造。盘条的软化采用不完全退火。热处理时要防止脱碳,对含硅弹簧钢盘条还要防止石墨碳的析出。半成品的热处理采用再结晶退火。酸洗、涂层工艺与生产碳素弹簧钢丝相近。按需要,硅锰弹簧钢丝有冷拉、退火、正火、高温回火、银亮及油淬火一回火等不同的交货状态;铬钒弹簧钢丝有冷拉、退火、银亮等交货状态。一般合金弹簧钢丝在绕成弹簧后,须经淬火和中温回火后才可使用。 调质弹簧钢丝主要有油淬火一回火碳素弹簧钢丝和硅锰合金弹簧钢丝,阀门用油淬火一回火碳素弹簧钢丝和铬硅合金弹簧钢丝。弹簧钢丝拉拔后进行泊淬火一回火调质处理的目的是使钢丝具有较高的弹性极限和屈强比以及良好的韧性和耐疲劳性能。用淬火一回火钢丝制作的弹簧,几何形状和力学性能稳定、负荷波动小,可在低于回火温度下加热以消除绕制时产生的残余应力。 (韩观昌)
