互助会互助会mutualaidsavingsunion在同一单位工作或从事同一职业的人们组织起来，平时共同集资，遇到其成员婚丧、灾害或患病，则按事先决定的方法，给予补助或借款的互助组织。在日本很流行。根据有关法律规定，在日本已经分别建立了国家公务员互助合作组织、地方公务员互助合作组织、农林渔业团体职员互助合作组织、私立学校教职员互助合作组织等。互助合作组织对于安定、提高其成员的生活和福利以及在改善所属单位的劳务管理方面起着重要的作用。中国在1977年前后，一些企业、事业、机关单位也先后成立了职工互助会，但在80年代中期，由于职工生活水平普遍得到提高，各种社会保障组织纷纷建立，职工抵御灾害及重大事情的能力大大提高，以及职工实际收入用途的多样性，各单位自发成立的职工互助会也就自动解散了。
