注销注销 ‘任雨】外汇交易术语。为避免到期实际交割外汇而做的对冲交易，即续做一笔与原来的买卖交易相反的交割日期相同的交易，使买卖的金额互相抵冲，达到注销的目的。分为买人冲销与卖出冲销、即期冲销与远期冲销。注销的费用由申请注销者承担。例如，3月巧日，某企业通过银行做一笔远期外汇买卖业务，按1美元兑换135日元的远期汇率卖出100万美元，买人13500万日元，用以备付进口货款，交割日为5月17日。4月加日，该企业以国外出口商已撤销贸易合同为由，要求注销上述远期外汇买卖交易。于是，银行当即在市场上按l美元兑换136.50日元的远期汇率买人100万美元，卖出13650万日元，交割日也定在5月17日。通过交易金额对冲，达到注销的目的。但是由此造成150万日元的损失由该企业负担。
