国际收支国际收支balanceofinternationalpayments一国在一定期间（通常为一年）对外国的全部经济交易所引起的收支总额的对比。它集中地反映在国际收支平衡表中。一国一定时期内的国际收支，是该国过去一段时期内国际收付的综合状况，它反映该国对外经济实力和地位。国际收支也可在一定时点上考察，它表示一国在某一特定时点上必须立即结清的国际货币收支情况及债权债务结余，它反映在这一时刻一国货币在国际金融市场的供需情况，从而影响到该国货币汇率的涨落。国际收支一般总是有差额的，当国际收入部分大于支出部分称为顺差，反之为逆差或赤字。国际收支状况对一个国家的经济状况具有很大影响。首先，它是一个国家经济实力的重要指标之一。一般地说，国际收支状况理想的国家，经济实力较强；国际收支状况差，经济实力就弱。其次，它影响一国汇价的变动。因为国际收支状况会影响一国对外汇的供求，有逆差时，外汇市场上外汇求大于供，本国货币供大于求，汇率必然下浮。而当一国有国际收支顺差时，外汇市场上的供求状况就会同上述情况相反，从而促使该国货币同外汇的汇价上浮。第三，国际收支是决定一国在国际金融市场上资信地位即融资能力的主要标准。在国际货币和资本市场上，一个国家的借款能力取决于该国的国际收支状况，如果该国国际收支平衡表中的经常项目和官方储备有较大盈余，该国就能在国际金融市场上借到更多的钱；反之，借款就会发生困难。第四，国际收支对一国国内经济也有很大影响。商品出口会导致国内商品的减少，而外汇收入的增加又会扩大国内的货币流通量，从而引起通货膨胀和物价上涨。因此，经常、大量的顺差，对国内经济并非只有好的影响。从历史上看，在实行金本位制的条件下，黄金的流出流入对国际收支起着自动的调节作用，国际收支状况未引起人们的关注。自20世纪30年代以来，各国相继取消了金本位制。为维护本国利益，各国都竞相实行贸易管制、外汇倾销等措施，这些措施虽然暂时达到了国际收支平衡，但却妨碍了国际贸易的发展，影响了各国国内经济的发展。国际收支已成为当代影响国内经济增长的重要因素。无论是发达国家还是发展中国家，国际收支不平衡都会对世界和本国经济发生重大影响，因而引起了各国政府和国际组织的关注，想方设法处理好国际收支问题。
