人口迁移微观经济影响人口迁移微观经济影响 人口迁移微观经济影响微观经济指一个小社区的经济，比如一个乡村或一个家庭的经济。人口总是从经济落后地区向发达地区、从农村向城镇迁移与流动。在市场经济体制下，人口迁移与流动行为，主要是受经济利益的驱动，即预期在迁入地能取得更大的经济收入。出于经济利益考虑的人口迁移，不管是永久性迁移或暂时性的流动，都对小社区经济和家庭经济产生重大的积极影响，主要表现在:①能打破落后小社区经济的封闭性。人口从落后小社区迁往或流向发达地区，这种迁移流动行为本身就是对封闭性的冲击。他们在迁入地从事经营活动，必然要接受新事物、新思想，学习新技术、新知识，传递新信息，并与原迁出地发生千丝万缕的联系，逐渐把小社区封闭性的经济活动纳入开放性大市场经济环境中，谋求生存与发展，并在这个过程中变封闭性经济为开放性经济，打破二元经济结构和社会结构。②能提高家庭经济收入。家庭经济收入迅速增加，孩子的经济价值下降，养育孩子的机会成本剧增，从而产生少育和优育、优教的内在动力，注重对未成年子女的成才培养，增加家庭教育投资，其结果是推动了原落后小社区人口素质的提高。③为原迁出地小社区的发展提供投资财源。迁移者将大量剩余收入汇回原迁出地，为小社区和家庭经济的发展积累了源泉。④能提高原迁出小社区的劳动生产率。中国农村社区人口密集，耕地资源严重匾乏，人均耕地和其他有限资源日趋减少，但农村人口和劳动力有增无减，这是广大农村小社区边际劳动生产率下降到低于平均劳动生产率的主要原因。要改变这种劳动力资源的配置，除在农村小社区发展非农产业外，向城镇迁出人口(含流动人口)是相对和绝对减少过剩农业劳动力，提高农业劳动生产率的举措之一。
