差向异构化反应分子式:CAS号:性质:含有两个或更多的手性中心而其中仅有一个具有相反构型的非对映异构体,叫做差向异构体。差向异构体之间的相互转化反应,即差向异构化反应。例如:D(-)-麻黄碱和L(+)-假麻黄碱在25%盐酸作用下可以相互转化,达到平衡时前者占42%,后者占58%:构型转化只在一个手性碳原子上发生,处于平衡中的异构体只能是非对映异构体。各异构体的含量一般也不相等,因而出现旋光性。差向异构化反应在天然产物化学中有重要意义。
