γ-亚麻酸分子式:CAS号:性质:熔点-11~-10℃。沸,点230~232℃(2.27kPa)。密度0.916g/cm3。折射率1.480。常温下呈无色或淡黄色油状液,在空气中不稳定,尤其在高温下易发生氧化反应,在碱性条件下易发生双键位置及构型异构化反应,形成共轭多烯酸。γ-亚麻酸是人体必需的一种高级不饱和脂肪酸之一,在人体内它由亚油酸转化而来。从月见草(Oen Othera bienmi)的种子油中被发现。现逐渐转向从微生物发酵法获得,如从被孢霉属中的Mortierlla isabellina,M. vinacea,M. ramanniana等菌株尤其用美丽技霉(Thamnidium elegans)菌株,得率较高。不论提取法或发酵法目前均可采用冷冻结晶法、尿素包合法、硝酸银柱层析等工艺分离纯化。GLA是人体内前列腺素等的前体物质,也是细胞生物膜的构建成分之一。临床结果显示它对甘油三酯、胆固醇、β-脂蛋白下降总有效率分别是:81.5%、68.2%、64.8%,并具有提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的功效。此外它还有抗脂质过氧化减肥和抑制溃疡、增强胰岛素作用、抗血栓等作用,亦有较强抗癌活性。故在医疗、保健、化妆品工业中广泛应用。
