固态聚合固态聚合solid-statepolymerization单体分子处于固态下进行的聚合反应。又称固相聚合。固态聚合反应具有反应活化能低、无诱导期和具有明显的聚合反应后效应等特点。它可以按自由基和离子链式反应机理聚合,也可通过逐步反应进行聚合。一般采用高能辐射或紫外线引发聚合,热(包括引发剂)引发聚合只局限于少数高熔点的单体。按单体在固态状态不同,固态聚合可有以下几种类型。固态结晶相聚合不同类别单体的聚合行为不同。乙烯类单体固态聚合时,从晶相单体得非晶相无规聚合物,相反,一些环状单体的晶体聚合所得聚合物的晶体结构和单体的晶体结构相似,单体纯度越高,结晶缺陷越少,结晶越大,对聚合反应越有利。某些双烯类单体,通过四中心光聚合反应,可得到结晶的高聚物。共轭双炔类的晶相光聚合,也能得到全共轭的高分子晶体。玻璃态聚合玻璃态单体的密度和高分子的密度很接近,得到的聚合物无内应力。如甲基丙烯酸甲酯在玻璃态进行辐射聚合时,可得光学性能好、无内应力的有机玻璃。晶道聚合和夹层聚合利用单体在某些晶体的晶道中能整齐排列的特性,在射线作用下进行的聚合反应,可合成定向高分子。又如丙烯腈在蒙脱石夹层中的辐射聚合,可获得规则的片状结构的聚丙烯腈。固态缩聚反应一些缩聚反应单体,在熔点以下相当宽的范围内,均能发生固态缩聚反应,得高分子量产物。低分子量聚合物进行固态缩聚,可得分子量很高的产物。
