《中国近三百年学术史》 中国近代思想家梁启超的学术思想史著作。写成于1923年，讲述明朝末年至中华民国初年(1623～1923)中国学术思想的变迁史。原是作者在清华大学等校演讲的讲义，后整理成书，于1926年由上海民志书店正式出版。 作者在书中提出，著学术史有 4个必要的条件：①须把那时代主要各学派全数网罗,不可以爱憎为去取;②须将其特点提絜出来，令读者有很明晰的观念；③要忠实传写各家真相,勿以主观上下其手;④要把各人的时代和他一生经历大概叙述，看出那人的全人格。作者在本书的《反动与先驱》和《清代学术变迁与政治的影响》等节中，"先提絜大势"，概括 300年学术发展的总趋势，认为这个"时代思潮"是对宋元明三朝"明心见性""道学"的批判；是再开一个更切实更伟大时代的"先驱"；这个时代的"学术主潮是，厌倦主观的冥想而倾向于客观的考察"，其"支流是，排斥理论提倡实践"。他认为这个时期学术思想的发展，是从顾炎武、黄宗羲、王夫之等为代表的舍空谈而趋实践的经世致用之学，到脱离"时政"的乾隆嘉庆时期的考据学，再到道光咸丰以后兴起的至晚清以变法维新的"经世致用"、"托古改制"为特点的近代今文经学。作者看到了一些学术思想本身发展的脉络，并着重指出这种变迁是受"明亡清兴"、清王朝统治加强、"经过屡次文字狱"、"社会日趋安宁"、清王朝走向衰落、"政府箝制的威权也陵替"、人们起来和恶制度拚命的政治形势的影响。但他脱离了清代的社会经济制度和阶级斗争来叙述学术思想的变迁，贯穿着唯心史观。 本书的《清代学者整理旧学之总成绩》等节中，还比较详尽地评述了清代学者在经学、小学、音韵学、校注古籍、辨伪书、辑佚书、史学、方志学、地理学、传记及谱牒学、历算学及其他科学、乐曲学方面的成就。
