高碳酸血症高碳酸血症hypercapnia 血浆的碳酸(H2CO3)原发性增高所致,多见呼吸性酸中毒时。通过机体的自身调节使H+大量进入细胞内而K+排出细胞外,进入细胞内的H+可被细胞蛋白所缓冲。肾脏代偿性作用表现在产氨、H+分泌和NaHCO3的重吸收显著增多。大量H+继以随尿排出,从而使血浆HCO3-有所提高,此时血浆PCO2升高,pH值低于正常。
