铁素体钢分子式:CAS号:性质:显微组织为铁素体相的铁基合金。常见有(1)铁素体不锈钢。含铬量在12%~30%,无镍或少镍。按含铬量又分为低铬铁素体不锈钢(含铬量11%~14%);中铬铁素体不锈钢(含铬量14%~19%);高铬铁素体不锈钢。这类钢主要用于制造工具、机械部件、化学装置、石油化工设备、能源工业、食品工业及日用品等。(2)铁素体耐酸钢。含碳<0.1%,含铬>17%。这类钢主要用于抗氧化用钢(温度在800~900℃),为散热器、炉子的零部件及电热材料。(3)高纯铁素体不锈钢,这类钢中碳和氮总量极低、含碳0.01%,含氮0.008%,在各种无机酸、强碱、海水、有机酸中均有良好的耐蚀性。作结构材料。
