背景技术:

2.手性是自然界的一种基本属性。在天然产物、药物分子、生物大分子中,广泛地存在着各类不同的手性化合物,它们具有独特的性质与重要的作用。在工业领域,手性分子常被应用于农药、医药、材料、添加剂等领域。随着对手性物质研究的深入,这些手性分子对于人类生产生活正起着越来越重要的作用。因此,发展构建光学纯手性化合物的方法对于推进对手性物质的研究、加深对相关概念的认识、促进相关科学技术的发展具有重要作用。
3.不对称催化是手性化合物最直接最简单的来源之一,其核心在于发展高效易得的手性配体或是手性催化剂。因此,设计与发展新型手性配体与手性催化剂对于不对称催化有着重要的意义。在各类手性配体中,手性亚磷酸酯类配体作为一种重要的种类,已被证明具有优秀的手性诱导能力,可以高效地催化手性化合物的合成。对手性亚磷酸酯类配体的骨架进行修饰与革新,对于不对称催化的发展具有重要的意义。


技术实现要素:

4.本发明的目的在于克服现有的亚磷酸酯类化合物种类单一的缺陷,而提供了一种螺双二氢苯并噻咯亚磷酸酯类化合物、其制备方法及应用。本发明的螺双二氢苯并噻咯亚磷酸酯类化合物可作为配体用于催化联烯的氢硅化反应和烯烃的醛化反应,具有如下一个或多个优点:催化活性高;反应收率高;在应用于联烯的氢硅化反应时,产物对映选择性高。

氮气氛下,于10ml的schlenk管中依次加入co2(co)8(0.02mol,1mol%),配体(0.04mmol,2mol%),甲苯4.0ml,加入烯烃(即式vi所示的化合物)(2.0mmol,1.0equiv.),放入高压釜中,充入气体(co∶h2=1∶3,40bar),40℃下反应24h。反应结束后,100-200目硅胶过滤,减压蒸馏除去有机溶剂,柱层析分离产物(石油醚/乙酸乙酯)。
