安全监控  对电力系统实际运行状况的在线识别和动态显示。安全监控需要整个电力系统的实时数据(信息)。需检测的信息有如下几种:有功潮流、无功潮流、支路电流、母线电压、母线有功注入功率和无功注入功率、频率、电能表读数、断路器状态及操作次数、隔离开关刀闸的位置、保护继电器操作状态、变压器分接头的位置、各变电所状态、各种报警等。通常采用彩色屏幕显示器动态地向调度员显示电力系统的运行状态。    安全监控还包括对运行约束条件的检查。当发现有违反约束条件时立即向调度员报警,以便确定电力系统是否接近事故状态,还是已处于事故状态。    实时数据的收集任务由通道和远动装置进行。收集来的数据信息须经过简单滤波,舍去明显不合理数据后送入数据库。通过状态估计还可获得不能由远动装置直接得到的数据(如电压相角),并可对错误数据进行检测、识别和剔除,使实时数据库更加完善。安全监控的另一重要功能是确定网络结构。    在安全监控系统中人机对话子系统是重要的组成部分。它包括彩色图形显示器、动态模拟盘、趋势记录仪、运行记录仪、报警设备等。对人机对话系统的设计有以下4点要求。    ①充分考虑调度员的经验和习惯,表现为:应具有较丰富的电力系统运行专用的图形符号;应具有适当的文字表达能力;应合理地利用屏幕的彩色;画面结构合理安排;显示器应能显示电力系统简单的运行曲线;应向调度员提供充分的人机对话手段,如键盘、光按钮、光笔、轨迹球等,以便能向监控系统输入信息、数据和命令,调用画面和修改画面等。    ②具有较高的响应速度。从调用画面的瞬间开始,到显示完成的响应时间,一般要求在0.5~3秒,最坏情况不应超过5秒。    ③彩色屏幕显示 (CRT)所显示动态数据的更新频率取决于不同图象的用途。对于调度员所用的显示画面,实时数据平均每10秒更新一次。状态量的更新应在变化发生后立即进行。    ④所有人机对话功能都必须能在任何一个冗余控制台上完成。当按照不同功能分成专用控制台时,备用问题较难处理,用于冗余部分的投资较多。如果所有控制台都一样,而且每个控制台都能完成人机对话的所有功能,那末只要还有一个控制台处于工作状态,就可操作整个系统的运行。    参考书目   于尔铿主编:《电力系统状态估计》,水利电力出版社,北京,1985。
