钱塘江水系水能资源钱塘江水系水能资源hydropower resources of Qiantang river system Q一ontong JIOng shulxl shu旧eng Zlyuon钱墉江水系水能资源(hydropower resourcesof Qiantang river system)据1950年《中华人民共和国水力资源普查成果》统计,钱塘江水系水能资源理论蕴藏量为230.25亿kw·h/a,占中国的0.4%;其中技术可开发水能资源60.38亿kw·h/a,占中国的0.3%。 钱塘江为浙江省第一大江,发源于浙江、安徽、江西3省交界处。干流衡州以上称常山港,衙州至兰澳称衙江,兰溪至梅城称兰江,梅城至桐庐称桐江,桐庐至闻家堰称富春江,闻家堰至闸口称钱塘江。钱塘江流域面积4.17万kmZ,干流长424 km,落差约720m,多年平均年径流量404亿m3。 钱塘江水系支流众多,水能理论组藏量l万kw(。.876亿kw·h/a)以上的各级支流有43条,水能资源较分散。干流水能理论组藏量31.11亿kw·h/a,仅占全水系的13.5%。水能理论蕴藏量大于10万kw(8 .76亿kw·h/a)的支流有江山港、乌溪江、新安江、分水江等4条河流,水能理论蕴藏量50.44亿kw·h/a,占水系的21.9%。其余的2/3的理论蕴藏量分布于其他支流中。 干流衙州以上河段属山溪河流,径流量较少。衙州至三河埠流经金衡盆地,为浙江省重要的粮食与经济作物区,难于布置调节水库,水能资源开发的条件较差。三河埠至七里拢为峡谷河段,是干流资源开发条件最好的河段,已建有富春江水电站,装机容黄29.72万kw,平均年发电童9.23亿kw·h。七里拢以下为感潮河段,没有开发条件。 在水能资源开发条件较好的支流乌溪江、新安江和分水江,已建有湖南镇、黄坛口、新安江、枫树岭和青山殿5座大中型水电站,总装机容量105.65万kw,多年平均发电量27.53亿kw·h。钱塘江水系水能资源开发较早,已开发的比重较大,以上5座已建大中型水电站年发电量占全水系可能开发单站装机1万kw以上水电站年发电量的84.7%,尚待开发的主要是中小型水电站。
