受电弓 电力机车从接触网受取电能的电气设备,安装在车顶上。 构造 受电弓可分单臂弓和双臂弓两种,均由集电头、上框架、下臂杆(双臂弓用下框架)、底架、升弓弹簧、传动气缸、支持绝缘子等部件组成。近来多采用单臂弓(见图)。 动作原理 升弓:压缩空气经受电弓阀均匀进入传动气缸,气缸活塞压缩气缸内的降弓弹簧,此时升弓弹簧使下臂杆转动,抬起上框架和集电头,受电弓均匀上升,并同接触网接触。降弓:传动气缸内压缩空气经受电弓缓冲阀迅速排向大气,在降弓弹簧作用下,克服升弓弹簧的作用力,使受电弓迅速下降,脱离接触网。 受流质量 受电弓集电头和接触网间流通负荷电流的流畅程度。受流质量取决于受电弓和接触网之间的相互作用。为保证能流通一定的负荷电流,受电弓和接触网之间必须有一定的接触压力。受电弓升弓系统施加予集电头,使之向上的垂直力为静态接触压力。接触网沿线各点的刚度不同,使接触导线在受到受电弓接触压力作用时产生不同程度的上升,从而使受电弓在机车运行中产生上下振动。因此,受电弓附加承受一个受其本身归算质量和接触网刚度所影响的上下交变的动态接触压力。在运行中气流对受电弓产生一个随速度增加而迅速增加的气动力,使接触压力增加。上述三种作用力的合力,如果太小则受流质量不佳,如果太大则会增加接触导线和集电头接触板的磨损。为保证受电弓具有可靠的受流质量,应尽量减小受电弓的归算质量和集电头的质量,尤其是在高速运行的时候。采用橡胶元件和阻尼装置可以减少框架和集电头的振动,抑制动态接触压力变化幅值。采用适当的框架结构形式可以提高受电弓的受流质量。集电头的性能对受流质量影响很大。
