锂.镍矩磁铁氧体分子式:CAS号:性质:以锂、镍和铁的氧化物为主要成分的一种宽温矩磁铁氧体材料。化学式(Li2O,NiO,ZnO)Fe2O3。密度4.8g/cm3。居里温度300~400%。开关速度快,开关系数(0.557~11.94)×10-6A·S/m。体积电阻率5×10-4Ω·cm。温度稳定性好。但矩形比稍低。采用电子陶瓷工艺,1000℃以上高温,在空气、氧气或氮气气氛中烧结而成。主要用作高速度、大容量电子计算机的存贮元件。是用量较大的铁氧体材料之一。
