跨步电压  在接地网散泄电流的情况下,人活动在接地网中或其附近时,两脚之间所承受的电压。电流通过接地装置(见接地)时,大地表面会形成以电流入地点为中心的分布电位。地面上约一步距离的两点间的电位差称为跨步电位差(电工行业习称跨步电势)。人走近接地装置时,人两脚接触地面约一步距离的两点所承受的电压称为跨步电压。如图所示,距电流入地点越近,跨步电压越高。跨步电位差主要产生于电力系统的接地短路电流。在雷电流通过接地装置时,也会产生跨步电位差。为了避免跨步电压对人身的伤害,接地网外缘应该闭合,外缘各角应做成圆弧形。如仍不能满足跨步电位差的要求,可敷设水平均压带。接地网边沿经常有人通过的地方,可铺设砾石或沥青路面,也可敷设均压带。中国有关标准规定,在大接地短路电流系统发生单相接地或同点两相接地时,地面水平距离0.8m两点间的电位差应满足下式的规定式中Ec为跨步电位差(V),ρ为人脚站立处的地表土壤电阻率(Ωm),t为接地短路电流的持续时间(s)。在小接地短路电流系统中发生单相接地时,一般并不迅速切除故障,接地电流的持续时间比较长,所以须把跨步电位差的允许值降低,此时跨步电位差应满足下式的规定ES=50+0.2ρ条件比较恶劣的场所,如矿井和水田,Ec的允许值应适当降低。
