北京鸭北京鸭肉用型鸭品种。原产中国北京西郊,已有近300年的饲养历史。今已传至欧美许多国家。头大颈粗,体长背宽,腹深腿短,胸部丰满,喙、皮肤橙黄色,蹠蹼为橘红色。性情温驯,易肥育,对各种饲料表现较强的适应性。成年公鸭体重3~4千克,母鸭2.7~3.5千克。5~6月龄开始产蛋,年产蛋180~210个,蛋壳白色,受精率约90%,孵化率约80%。饲料消耗比为1∶3.5左右。为适应烤制加工的需要,仔鸭肥育长期采用填肥方式。
