盘基网柄菌分子式:CAS号:性质:为黏菌门、集孢菌纲、网柄菌目、网柄菌科和网柄菌属的代表种。孢子单倍体、单核、萌发后形成一个黏变形体,以摄食细菌等颗粒状有机物为生、经不断生长、分裂后,形成大群落。黏变形体集合前会产生集孢素(一种环腺苷酸),引起细胞多次集合和散开。在形成子实体前,黏变形伴集合成大型的假原质团后经转移,逐渐分化出柄原胞区、孢原胞区和盘基小区三部分。当子实体形成时,盘基小区留在基部,柄原胞区逐步组成柄,孢原胞区则沿柄上升到顶端发育成孢子团。孢子有纤维质壁。由柄原细胞区分化成的柄胞会分泌纤维质鞘,且其液泡增大,核退化、消失,随即死亡。在不良条件下,黏变形体可形成小囊胞;在适宜条件下,小囊胞可萌发成新的黏变形体。通过小囊胞群体中大吃小后,形成大囊胞。大囊胞经核配后形成双倍体,再经减数分裂后重新形成黏变形体(单倍体)。所以,黏变形体和大囊胞就构成了盘基网柄菌的单倍体与双倍体相交替的完整生活史。
