原位杂交分子式:CAS号:性质:(1)一种克隆筛选方法。将DNA克隆涂布或点布在固体培养基表面,形成菌管或噬菌斑后,将其转移至硝酸纤维素滤膜或尼龙膜上,与同位素(或非同位素)标记的DNA(或RNA)探针(probe)杂交,以探知含有与探针同顺序列的克隆的存在。(2)DNA片段在染色体上定位的技术。应用以同位素或荧光染料标记的DNA探针与染色体DNA杂交。在光学显微镜(或荧光显微镜)下可以看到DNA探针与相互补DNA序列结合的位置。采用不同颜色的荧光标记,可以同时测定几个DNA探针的染色体定位及它们之间的序列关系。
