1.We cloned a protease inhibitor gene from Xenorhabdus bovienii by PCR,and inserted it into the effective prokaryotic expression vector and attained the recombinant proteins.因此,蛋白酶抑制因子在农业害虫防治中具有十分重要的作用,本项研究应用基因工程手段,克隆了伯氏嗜线虫致病杆菌蛋白酶抑制因子基因,构建了高效重组表达载体,进行了重组蛋白的纯化及生物活性的研究,结果表明重组蛋白对桃蚜(Myzus persicae)、绿盲蝽(lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur)及白粉虱(Trialeurodes vaporariorum)都具有良好的防治效果,而且对哺乳动物细胞和植物本身没有不良影响。
