压氏达药物名称:压氏达英文名:Amlodipine别名:苯磺酸氨氯地平性状:白色片药代动力学:本品口服吸收良好,且不受摄入食物的影响,给药后6-12小时血药浓度达至高峰,绝对生物利用度约为64-80%,表现分布容积约为21L/kg,终末消除半衰期约为35-50小时,每日一次,连续给药7-8天后血浓度达至稳定,本口通过肝脏广泛代谢为无活性的代谢物,以10%的原药和60%的代谢物由尿兴高采烈排出,血浆蛋白结合率为97.5%.适应症:高血压及心绞痛。用法与用量:治疗高血压和心绞痛的初始剂量均为一次一片,一日一次,根据患者反应,可将剂量增加,最大可增至一次二片,一日一次,或遵医嘱。本品与噻嗪类利尿剂,β-受体阻滞剂和血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂合用时不需调整剂量。不良反应:患者对本品能很好地耐受。较常见的副反应是头痛,水肿等。较为少见的副反应为瘙痒、皮疹等。药物相互作用:本品与下列药物的合用是安全的:噻嗪类利尿剂,β-受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、长效硝酸酯类药物、舌下用硝酸甘油、非甾体类抗炎药、抗生素和口服降糖药。本品对地高辛、苯妥英钠、华法令或消炎痛的血浆结合率无影响。与华法令合用时不影响其对凝血酶原时间的改变。禁忌症:对二氢吡啶类拮抗剂过敏的病人禁用。注意事项:肝功能受损患者慎用本品;肾功能衰竭病人可以采用正常剂量,本品不被透析。规格:5mg×7片类别:心血管系统用药
