磁州窑磁州窑中国古代北方瓷窑。中心窑场在今河北邯郸观台镇。该地在宋代属磁州，故名。从北宋中期开始生产，至今没有停止。宋、金时发达，元明后工艺水平下降。磁州窑开发当地一种大青土、即北方坩子土作原料，粗瓷细作。生产白瓷、黑釉瓷、绿釉瓷和三彩釉陶，有少量钧釉瓷器（见钧窑）。产品有碗、盘、杯、盏、馂、壶、瓶、罐、洗等生活用具和大量的瓷枕、陶枕。在装饰上先涂一层洁白细腻的化妆土，以刻、划、剔、印和彩绘等工艺技法，施以图案，内容有花卉、鸟兽、婴戏、民间传说故事等，具有浓郁的生活情趣。其中以黑釉剔花、白釉黑花装饰最为出色。黑釉剔花是在满施黑釉的器物上，把装饰花纹轮廓线以外的釉层剔掉，露出胎色，保留花纹部分又黑又亮的釉层，花纹有浮雕效果。白釉黑花是在白瓷上用黑彩，按照中国水墨画的技法，画出图案、花卉、人物故事，题写诗词，民族艺术的特点十分突出。为适应民间生活习俗的需要，该窑大量生产瓷枕，瓷枕上亦饰有丰富的图案，并在枕上捺印作坊的记号，如“张家造”、“李家造”、“申家造”等。白釉黑花唐草纹瓶磁州窑工艺影响巨大，河北、山西、陕西、甘肃、宁夏等地出现一大批工艺相似的作坊，统称为磁州窑系。江西吉州窑、福建磁灶窑、广东南海官窑受磁州窑影响，也生产白釉或青釉的黑花、褐花瓷器。
