汉字编码字符集标准化汉字编码字符集标准化standardization of Chinese character coded character set hanzi biann怕zifuii biaozhunhua汉字编码字符集标准化(sts叮d田心izationofChi~eh姗eter eoded eharacler set)对图形字符集及其特性、相关控制功能、信息交换的编码表示和代码扩充技术的标准的制定。在自然语言中，汉字是将形、音、愈结合表示对象或概念的一种图形字符，它属于表惫文字。在中国它是记录汉语的文字。汉字信息处理是汉字信息操作的系统执行，包括数据处理，汉字通信和办公自动化之类的操作。为了适应汉字信息处理、交换、存储、传输、显现、输人和输出的需要，中国于1980年批准发布了第一个汉字信息处理用的基础性标准(信息交换用汉字编码字符集基本集》(GB2312ee19即)，该标准规定了汉字信息交换用的基本图形字符及其二进制编码表示。它适用于一般汉字处理、汉字通信系统之间的信息交换，是中国汉字信息交换的统一代码，广泛应用于中国各计算机系统中。该标准图形字符代码表提交国际标准化组织登记，于1982年获得认可，可在国际上合法通行。该标准已贯彻实施了20多年，在中国发展和推广应用汉字信息系统方面起了极为重要的作用，1985年该标准获得了国家科技进步奖的一等奖。 为解决基本集字数不足和繁体字的问题，此后又陆续制定了信息交换用汉字编码字符集的第二辅助集G致叮758资一1987、第四辅助集CBIT 7590一1987、辅助集GBIT12MS一19男)、第三辅助集GB13131一l卯l、第五辅助集GB 13132一1卯l;为满足不同需要，又制定了《图文电视广播用汉字编码字符集香港子集》、《信息处理文本通信用编码字符集》等汉字字符集标准。其中前六个字符集共分为两组:第一组是基本集、第二辅助集、第四辅助集;它们收集中国使用简化字地区的用宇。第二组是辅助集、第三辅助集、第五辅助集，它们是与第一组相对应的繁体字编码字符集。辅助集与墓本集、第三辅助集与第二辅助集、第五辅助集与第四辅助集分别具有繁简体字一一对应的关系。这两组字符集在汉字的排列上采取简繁体汉字对应映射的方式，对于无简萦体字区分的汉字，在对应的字符集中是重复编码，即它们在不同字符集中的区号和位号是相同的。在编码结构上，这六个汉字编码字符集都是按照《信息处理七位和八位编码字符集代码扩充技术》(GB23ll一19男))规定的代码扩充方法，采用双字节编码形式进行编码。两个字节中的第一个字节(高位宇节)表示代码表中的区号，第二个字节(低位字节)表示代码表中的位号。
