β-内酰胺分子式:CAS号:性质:一类四元环状内酰胺,最简单的是β-丙内酰胺(β-propio-lactam)。液体。沸点73~74℃。可用β-氨基丙酸乙酯盐酸盐在酸性条件下脱乙醇,或用β-羟基丙酰胺脱水环化制得。β-内酰胺水解时生成相应的β-氨基酸。青霉素、头孢霉素等抗菌素的分子中都含有β-内酰胺结构。
